Refund Policy

Every session receives my full presence and my very best work. Because of this, sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled if missed. I will be there for the full duration of our agreed time — inwardly present and working on your behalf — whether or not you join. No audio recording is provided in this case.

 

When Life Gets in the Way

Those of you who know me are familiar with my healing journey. On the rare occasion that I am not well enough to give you my very best, I will reach out by email to reschedule at your earliest convenience — and I typically add about 15 minutes of extra time to rescheduled sessions at no additional charge.

If you are the one who is unwell, there is actually no need to postpone. This is often the ideal time to receive a session.

That said, if you do need to reschedule for any reason, please give me as much notice as possible. I appreciate it very much.
